Policies & Guidelines
Before finalizing your reservation or purchase, please take a moment to review our policies and guidelines. Understanding these details will help ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience during your stay at Redwood Meadows RV Resort.
Rates:
Cancellations: All reservations can be cancelled with a full refund within 24 hours after booking the reservation. After 24 hours for a full refund you must cancel your reservation 7 or more days before the first day of your reservation by emailing us at RedwoodMeadowsRV@gmail.com and receiving a confirmation back from us that the reservation is canceled. If you cancel an RV or Tent reservation less than 7 days before the first day of your reservation or a reservation in one of our tiny homes, cottages, or yurt less than 14 days before the first day of your reservation (also by email, as indicated above), we will refund 50% of the total amount of your reservation. No shows: If you do not email us to cancel your reservation and do not arrive on the first day of your reservation, we will cancel your reservation and no refund will be available.
Selection of RV and Tent Sites: We will provide you a site of the type you specified in your reservation (i.e. 50/30 amp, pull though, back in, etc), but we reserve the right to select the specific site for you at the time of your arrival. If you have locked a specific site, we will honor that selection and provide you the specific locked site. Site reservations for a single night cannot be locked and will be assigned at check in.
Changes to your reservation: we will do our best to accommodate changes to your reservation, subject to our cancellation policy (above). A reduction in the length of your reservation or changing the dates of the reservation to dates that do not overlap with your current reservation will be treated as a complete or partial cancellation for purposes of our cancellation policy.
- - All RV site rates are for 2 adults, 1 RV, 1 additional vehicle, and up to 2 pets. Additional adults, vehicles, and pets are $5 each per day, with a max of 6 adults, 1 additional vehicle, and 3 pets per site.
- Tent site rates are for 2 adults, 1 vehicle and 2 pets. Additional adults, vehicles and pets are $5 each per day, with a max of 4 adults, 2 vehicles and 3 pets per site.
- Note regarding additional vehicles:
You may be required to park in a spot not connected to your RV or tent site, depending on the site.
